I am Lisa Valdes Romero, creator and founder of Vegas Stiletto Fitness. I've been dancing my whole life since the age of 5, and made a career out of it by dancing professionally all over Las Vegas in shows and events for many years before opening up my own dance studio in Las Vegas called SMASH School of modern arts, salsa, & hip hop where Vegas Stiletto Fitness was created.
When I was a professional Las Vegas dancer, I danced 6 nights a week in heels and became accustomed to them. At only 5'2 they made me feel taller, leaner, and sexier. I could also feel the work out they gave me as I danced in them nightly and how it enhanced my self confidence. I started creating sassy dance routines in heels with a chair which if done slow and sensually works out your core, legs, abs, while improving your balance, coordination, focus, and most importantly your self confidence. I created each routine to customize and fit every woman of all shapes, ages, and dance abilities. If taught correctly, the routines are basic enough for a beginner dancer but yet challenging enough for an advance dancer. Ladies leave my class feeling more empowered, confident, and with a glow on their face than when they first walked in. I want every woman nation wide to experience Vegas Stiletto Fitness, which is why I started a teacher training program so YOU can help other women feel good about themselves too. It's not just a sexy dance class, it's an empowerment feeling any woman can experience wether she just wants to bring her sexy back or get a complete workout. It's about YOU becoming an entrepreneur.
Students: You don't have to be a professional dancer to teach this class. All moves are soft and simple for any non-dancer to be able to do it. Remember there are no rules to being sexy. It's all about how you teach it and how much you care for other people.
