What to wear?
Dress up!! Its Ladies Night Out. So look your best for YOURSELF!! Bring those sexy heels and sexy outfits!! The point is for YOU TO FEEL SEXY AND CONFIDENT!! Just make sure its something you can move in!! The class is all females so any sexy outfits will do!! Just remember we will also be doing floor work and possibly be "spreading" our
legs in the routine.
“Ladies night out” timeline details?
First 30 minutes is social time. Meet and Greet other lovely ladies, drink some champagne to relax and have some light finger foods.
Next 30 minutes we start our fun and do a nice sexy stretch with chair to ease out those tense muscles. Then we learn a sexy dance chair routine that you can later take home to your significant other! You will be working your core area, your thighs, your arms, your bottom, you will feel it everywhere without one bit of exercising..just by being SEXY.
The next 30 minutes we will do some floor work. You will be on your knees a lot so if you have weak knees bring some knee pads! Again you will be working your entire body, doing sensual moves that will leave you breath taking and wanting more....
Last 30 minutes is free styling everything you just learned! There is no judging each other at this event, we are all here to explore our femininity and bring out our sexy sensual side. I will be helping with any questions about the routine, the program or future events. You can keep socializing or have some more champagne! It will be a lot of fun!!

We charge $25, currently we have a special offer through our website. If you purchase a class you will receive a 5 dollar discount(per person). We also have a offer the day of the class. If you bring a friend you will receive a 5 dollar discount (only you).
Can I purchase gift certificates?
Yes we do sell gift certificates. You can purchase them day of class or order them at vegasstilettofitness@yahoo.com . Gift Certificates for Girls Night Out Classes are $25. We also sale Birthday or Bachelorette Packages too.
Who is the instructor?
Its Lisa Valdes, owner/director of a popular dance studio in Las Vegas called SMASH. We started doing "Girls Night Out" at my studio and it became a hit! If you would like to see my bio, go to www.smash-lv.net.
Can I bring my child, husband or boyfriend?
NOOOO!! Please ladies, find a baby sitter or let your husband watch the kids or go out with his friends, this night is for you!! No boyfriends, husbands, or children during class please. Its but look out for future couple night
Can I take pictures?
Yes , take pics, drink some champagne, have fun, enjoy yourself. We are celebrating ourselves!!
Is this class for strippers?
NOOO, those girls already know what they're doing!! This is for the every day hard working good girl who wants to release her inner sexy self and get fit while having fun!! Husbands and boyfriends will appreciate you taking this class though...lol
However all women are welcomed!!
